Dear All Saints Community,

We are pleased to share Rooted in Purpose, the strategic plan that will help guide All Saints in the years ahead.

The plan reflects thoughtful work by our Board of Trustees and Strategic Planning Committee, along with input from across our school community. We are grateful to our trustees and faculty for the time, care, and commitment they brought to this process. Their work reflects a deep belief in All Saints and a shared responsibility for the school’s future.

As we look ahead to this school year and the years to come, we are excited by the clarity this plan provides. Rooted in Purpose will help guide our continued work to strengthen the student experience, support the faculty and staff who make All Saints exceptional, and steward the school’s resources wisely for the future.

We invite you to read the full Strategic Plan, Rooted in Purpose, shown below, and view the current members of the All Saints Board of Trustees.

We look forward to sharing more in the year ahead about how this plan will come to life across campus. We are grateful for the many voices that helped shape this work and for the community that makes All Saints such a special place.

With gratitude,
Sara Brown
