All Saints Day School Achieves Blue Zones Project Approved™ Status!

We are thrilled to announce that All Saints Day School has been designated as a Blue Zones Project Approved™ School, marking a significant milestone as the very first school in Carmel to achieve this prestigious recognition. This achievement underscores our dedication to fostering health and happiness within our community.

Our commitment to the Blue Zones Project reflects our mission to create an environment where every student can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. Through this initiative, we are implementing evidence-based practices inspired by Blue Zones around the world, aimed at enhancing the well-being of our students, staff, and families.
We are proud to share some of the exciting initiatives we've implemented, including incorporating movement breaks throughout the day, scheduling recess before lunch for optimal meal enjoyment, and providing mindfulness and nutrition education. These efforts, along with the creation of our wellness guidelines, signify just the beginning of our commitment to creating a healthier school environment.

Partnering with the Blue Zones Project Monterey County aligns perfectly with our mission to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Together, we will continue to make significant strides towards a healthier future, both inside and outside the classroom.

A very special shoutout to Shervin Mader, our Outreach Director, whose dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to our school's well-being have been truly remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for her leadership throughout this process.
