Michelle Arnold Dominguez '96 appointed Director of Enrollment Management & Tuition Assistance
We are very pleased to announce that Mrs. Michelle Arnold Dominguez is joining All Saints' Day School as Director of Enrollment Management and Tuition Assistance. Michelle's appointment comes as the result of a comprehensive, national search process that included a number of highly qualified candidates from the independent school 'world' and beyond.
Michelle's background and experience make her an outstanding choice for the position. She is no stranger to the Monterey Peninsula; her 'roots' are deep and she has developed many strong relationships in the community. Everyone who spent time with Michelle during the search process was greatly impressed by her ideas, energy, passion, personable approach, and love for All Saints' and its mission.
Michelle is the holder of a B.A. degree from the University of California, San Diego and a M.Ed. degree from Oregon State University. Michelle's most recent position was at the University of California, Davis, where her wide-ranging responsibilities included: marketing, communication, strategic planning and customer service. Before that, Michelle was employed by CASA of Monterey County and directed efforts there to recruit and train volunteers. She brings a new and different perspective to the work of independent school admissions.
In every sense, Michelle is 'coming home.' An All Saints' graduate (Class of 1996), she emphasized the impact our school has had on her life: "In my nine amazing years as a student here, I received so much more than just an academic education. It helped shape the foundation of who I wanted to be and gave me an understanding of what "community" can really mean. All Saints' is so much more than a school, and I am thrilled to be able to help others experience it."
Michelle is presently in the process of relocating to the area. She will begin to transition as soon as possible and officially begins her duties on November 28.
