Based on careful research and design in young education, and decades in operation, the All Saints' Early Childhood Center embodies a tradition of nurturing each child so that he or she can progress based upon individual readiness.
Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten must be intimate, predictable, and secure environments. Within these precepts All Saints' opens avenues for each child to explore new subjects, engage in new, active experiences, and grow into their own abilities to socialize with others. The Early Childhood Center provides high quality, innovative education for students, ages 3 years 9 months to 6 years old.
All Saints’ and our experienced, talented teachers recognize that each child is different and progresses in his or her own abilities in individual ways. The Early Childhood Center provides a balanced curriculum that includes both teacher-directed and student-initiated learning, quiet experiences and active ones, and a state of the art facility in which learning occurs in formal and informal settings. Children progress at the pace that is right for them and, in Pre-K and K years, they begin to foster rewarding relationships with older peers and adults, develop new levels of confidence, and learn to discover, experiment, and create with increasing independence.
Learning does not necessarily occur in a neat, orderly sequence. All Saints' embraces this and the Early Childhood Center embodies it in a way designed specifically for Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten ages. Our child-centered approach delivers students a better chance to discover the joy of learning, as they grow in their dynamic, complex, and developmental young lives. At its heart, the goal of the All Saints’ Early Childhood Center is that of the whole school: to prepare students to be joyful, confident, lifelong learners.
