All Saints Day School utilizes the online service, School & Student Services by NAIS, to process Tuition Assistance applications. You are encouraged to begin the tuition assistance process early by following the directions below. SSS collects a fee for processing your tuition assistance application. If you need help completing the PFS, please contact SSS customer service at 800-344-8328.

by completing a Parent' Financial Statement (PFS) by February 3, 2019
. Our school code is 1209. The application process is self-guided, and you may navigate in and out of the program, allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time. When your application is complete, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable fee.
Upload a copy of your 2017 Income Tax Return and W-2s, as well as your 2018 W-2s using the secure family portal provided by SSS by February 22, 2019.

In order to consider your application for tuition assistance, the above steps should be completed no later than February 3, 2019, for the PFS and February 22, 2019, for your tax return. You will be notified in mid-March in writing as soon as a decision has been made regarding your request. Please direct any questions to the Business Office at 831-624-9171, ext. 17.
