Student Leadership

The leaders of tomorrow are the children of today.  At All Saints’ students are encouraged to develop skills in leadership, group decision making, and public speaking, and they have many opportunities to do so, beginning even in the younger grades.  Whether it is running for Student Council office, assisting with Open House campus tours, making a proposal to the Student Council, or serving as an Outreach Representative, All Saints’ students eagerly and effectively take on leadership roles.

The Student Council is designed to educate students in the duties and responsibilities of good citizenship and leadership, to develop good communication with the School, and to offer a program of activities and community involvement. All students in grades 1-8 are members of the Student Council and may vote for a representative in class elections and elect Student Council officers, who must be in good academic standing. The Student Council administers the student government with guidance from the Student Council Faculty Advisors and the Head of School. The Council meets weekly to discuss School issues, policies and special events.
