Parents make a big impact at our school
Parents at All Saints' Day School are a very important and active
part of our school community. They play a tremendous role in enriching
the educational experience for All Saints' students. Through the
Parents' Organization, parents raise "fun" as well as "funds"
for the benefit of students and the school community. They contribute
countless hours to activities such as the Buddy Family Program,
Back to School Night, Fall Festival, Hot Lunches, Classroom Parties,
Teacher Appreciation Lunches, Spring Tea, Latin Feast, and the
Graduation Reception. They are also involved in providing direct
assistance for Outreach projects, the Library, as Room Parents,
and as field trip chaperones.
The Parents' Organization of All Saints' Day School includes all parents of currently enrolled students. The purpose of the Parents' Organization is to promote unity among the members of the school family and provide ancillary support to the school through the development and sponsorship of fundraising efforts, participation in school programs and volunteerism.
The Parents' Organization Board members include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, and the following Coordinators: Head Room Parent, Hot Lunch, Uniform Recycling, Special Events, Outreach, and Fundraising.
Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month and are open to all members of the Parents' Organization. Any member of the Parents' Organization present at a meeting may vote on any issue which comes to a vote at that meeting.
